Thyon 2000 – First-time experience

• Park in the car park on Rue de la Muraz (Les Collons)

• Walk northwards to reach the path on the left at the Étang de la Mura

Participants are asked to keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress appropriately.

Even in good weather, participants are asked to wear suitable footwear and clothing. We strongly advise against wearing fur (real or faux), as it may cause confusion for the dogs. Sunglasses are highly recommended.

It is important to arrive on time at the specified venue. In the event of a significant delay, the service provider cannot guarantee that the full service will be provided as planned.

In the event of a delay or any other unforeseen circumstances, participants are asked to notify the organisers on the number provided in the booking confirmation email.

The meeting point is easily accessible by car and there are car parks nearby.

• It is essential to wear suitable footwear for walking on snow and a jacket.

• We strongly advise against wearing fur (real or faux) as this material can be confusing for the dogs

Weather:

• If the weather prevents us from carrying out the activity (too strong a wind or thick fog), we will refund the cost of the service.

• If the weather is not ideal but we are still able to carry out the activity, the customer cannot cancel and request a refund.

Responsibility:

• The customer is aware of the risks associated with a sporting activity such as mushing and is in good general health. People who are afraid of dogs, suffer from vertigo or have heart problems are advised to avoid this activity.

• We accept no liability for any health problems arising from the mountain environment or the cold.
